How to use this invoice generator
- Enter your business details — they appear in the top-left of the invoice.
- Add each product or service with a quantity and a rate. Totals update as you type.
- Set a discount and tax rate if they apply. The discount is taken from the subtotal before tax.
- Press Print / Save as PDF. In the print dialog choose your printer, or pick “Save as PDF” to get a file you can email.

Is this invoice legally valid?
An invoice is a record of a sale between you and your customer. Many countries expect your business name, address, invoice number, date, description of goods or services, and the tax amount. Check your local tax rules — this tool helps you produce the document, it does not give tax advice.
Where is my data stored?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays in this browser tab and is cleared when you close the page.
Can I use decimals for quantity?
Yes. Enter something like 2.5 for two and a half hours or kilograms.
How do I get a PDF instead of paper?
Click Print / Save as PDF and select “Save as PDF” or “Microsoft Print to PDF” as the destination in the print dialog.
